Arrival Protocols

In compliance with Government requirements you will need to have a COVID-19 PCR test no earlier than 3 days prior to your departure date. Please note that Self-Administered or Home Tests, Rapid PCR or Antigen Tests and Saliva Tests are not accepted. 


Required Documentation


Please send the following to  CovidTest@coralreefbarbados.com  prior to departure.

 

  • Pre-Arrival PCR Test Certificate
  • Vaccination Certificate 
  • ED (Entry/Departure) Immigration Form receipt 
  • Phone number
  • ID or Passport Number and image of picture page
  • Arrival Flight number and time

 

Fully Vaccinated Guests  (At least 14 days after final vaccination)


After landing in Barbados with your negative COVID-19 PCR test, you may choose to await a free Rapid PCR Test at the airport or have a pre-arranged PCR Test on arrival at Coral Reef Club for U.S.$175.00. While awaiting your test result, you are free to move around the hotel and enjoy the restaurant and other facilities, with the temporary exception of The Spa, gym, boutique and beach.  Test results are expected within 24 hours. For the time period while awaiting your test result, you must remain on property and after you receive your negative result you are free to explore the island.


Unvaccinated Guests


After landing in Barbados with your negative COVID-19 PCR test, you can proceed to a warm welcome at Coral Reef Club. You must remain in your hotel room until you receive your negative result from a PCR test taken 5 days after arrival. Meals and beverages can be delivered to your room. Housekeeping services are not permitted during this period, however any required supplies or amenities can be delivered. The PCR test, at a cost of U.S.$175.00, can be carried out at the hotel for your convenience. Test results are expected within 24 hours.

 

Family Travel


Some guests may be travelling with children who may not have been vaccinated.  Children under 18 years, travelling with fully vaccinated guardians will be allowed to adhere to the same guidelines as their fully vaccinated guardians.

If a fully vaccinated adult guest is travelling with an unvaccinated adult guest, 18 years and older, and they choose not to be separated, then the rules applied to the unvaccinated guest, will also apply to the fully vaccinated guest.
